Panel 1. Alderman grabs Nell by the arms and holds a pair or scissors to her face.
ALDERMAN:
Hold fast, all of you! Or by gum, I will!
NELL:
Eeep!
Panel 2. Inspector stand nonplussed, Idgie facepalms.
INSPECTOR:
Whitmore! I say, poor sport, ol’ chap, very poor. This will not do!
IDGIE:
Ach, not again…
Panel 3. Idgie shouts out.
IDGIE:
Dagnabbit Nell! Break his arm!
Panel 4-7. Nell reaches up with her prosthetic hand and cracks his wrist
ALDERMAN:
Layoff you silly broad!
NELL:
Eww…
After meeting an Elder One, Nell was barely alive. But they rebuilt her…better…stronger…faster…

I couldn’t remember exactly what it was…and I was at work, so didn’t want to go back trhrough the archives for a second time in two weeks.
I’m really liking this now!
Why is the victim’s head (ie, the arm-breakee) where Nell’s head should be? I R confused. I used to be known (ages and ages ago) as LuTheConfused, so that should be no surprise. Also, I am no artiste. But seriously, his shoulder looks like 5 yards away from where it should be. Man, I gotta lay off the jujitsu.

You’re incoherence beggars belief.
The final frame, the perspective is odd, unless you look closely. I think that is what dangur is saying.
Also, the arm that is being broken is oddly shaped, especifically in the third last frame. It looks like it’s all forearm (or is it supoosed to be a jacket with baggy arms?).
In the second last frame, that wisp of hair looks like a mouth at first glance.

I did it. Even though I knew exactly what he was saying in the first panel, in my mind I imagined him threatening to buy gum if anyone pulled a fast one.
